Who we are?
MCSquare Tech is a young technology company based in Horb am Neckar, Germany. We combine two lines of business: we develop our own technology products for specific challenges, and we support organisations with IT services & consulting. Both follow the same idea: technology should take pressure off people and make existing resources more useful.

Organisations of every size should have access to technology that works quietly in the background, takes routine work off people’s hands and helps them use limited resources responsibly.

Smart by design means that intelligence doesn’t come from adding as much technology as possible, but from thoughtful design. We always ask first what is really needed.
Sustainable by nature means our solutions are designed from the ground up to make more targeted use of existing resources: time, people, energy, materials and infrastructure. We don’t promise miracles; we work on measurable improvements, case by case.

Technology, efficiency and resources
What we mean by resources
When we talk about resources, we mean more than energy. We mean everything that is scarce and valuable in an organisation:

- Administrative capacity
Each of our solutions aims to make better use of at least one of these resources. For Clinivox, it’s mainly the practice team’s time; for Smart Hygiene, staff deployment and supplies; in IT projects, often computing power, operational effort and costs.
Why MCSquare?
Our name is a nod to E = mc², the equation that shows how much energy is contained in mass. We don’t use it as a technical foundation, but as inspiration: existing resources often hold far more potential than meets the eye. Our job is to unlock it.
Based in Horb am Neckar
We are headquartered in Horb am Neckar, between Stuttgart and the Black Forest in southwest Germany. That keeps us close to clients in the region, while we work remotely with partners and clients across Germany.
